    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page two, section four, line eighteen, by striking out the word “nineteen” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “seventeen”;

    And,

    On page two, section four, line twenty-one, by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following provisos: Provided: That the superintendent may appoint an eighteenth principal supervisor upon the State Police achieving a membership of 730 members: Provided, however, That the superintendent may appoint a nineteen principal supervisor upon the State Police achieving a membership of 800 members.
